Terms & Conditions

1. About these terms

These terms apply to bookings made with Aeropivot Bookings ("we", "us") through this website, WhatsApp, phone or email. By confirming a booking you accept them.

2. Our role

We act as a booking agent for airlines, charter operators, hotels and other travel suppliers. Your contract of carriage is with the airline or operator, and their conditions of carriage apply to your journey in addition to these terms.

3. Quotes and fares

Quotes are based on availability at the time they are sent. Fares are not guaranteed until payment is received and the ticket is issued. If a fare changes before ticketing, we will tell you the new price before going ahead.

4. Payment

Payment is due before the ticketing deadline shown on your quote, by M-Pesa, bank transfer or card, unless you have an approved corporate account with agreed invoice terms. Bank and card charges, where applicable, are shown on your quote.

5. Names and documents

Names must match the traveller's passport exactly. Name corrections may not be possible or may carry airline charges. Travellers are responsible for holding a valid passport, visas, transit visas and any health documents required for their journey.

6. Changes, cancellations and refunds

Changes and refunds are subject to the fare rules of your ticket and the supplier's policies. Airline fees and fare differences apply, plus any service fee we tell you about in advance. Refunds are paid once received from the airline or supplier.

7. Charters

Charter flights are subject to the operator's terms, including cancellation charges, passenger and baggage limits, and operational decisions made by the captain for safety or weather reasons.

8. Liability

We are responsible for making your booking with reasonable care. We are not liable for delays, cancellations, schedule changes or other acts of airlines and suppliers, or for events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under Kenyan law.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya.
