How Booking Works

1. Send us the trip

Use the quote form or WhatsApp. The more we know, the better the options: route, dates (and whether they are flexible), number of travellers, cabin, preferred airlines and any frequent-flyer programmes. For a charter, tell us the number of passengers and how much luggage they will carry.

2. We compare and send options

We check fares across airlines and routings, or aircraft across licensed operators, and send you the best options in writing. Each one shows:

  • the total price and what it includes
  • the flights, connection times and aircraft
  • the baggage allowance
  • what a change or refund would cost
  • the date the fare must be paid and ticketed by

3. You choose and confirm

Pick the option you want and send the travellers' names exactly as they appear on their passports. We hold the booking where the airline allows it while you arrange payment.

4. Payment

Pay by M-Pesa, bank transfer or card. Corporate accounts can pay on monthly invoice. Fares are only guaranteed once the ticket is issued, so pay before the ticketing deadline on your quote.

5. Ticketing and documents

We issue the ticket and send your e-ticket and itinerary by email and WhatsApp. Check names, dates and passport details straight away. It is the traveller's responsibility to hold a valid passport, visas and any health documents the trip requires; we are happy to point you to the requirements.

6. While you travel

If a flight is delayed or cancelled, or your plans change, message us on WhatsApp. We will help you rebook within the rules of your fare and the airline's policies.

Changes and refunds

Changes and refunds follow the fare rules of the ticket you bought, which we share before you pay. Airline change fees and fare differences apply, and we may charge a service fee for handling a change, which we tell you about first.

Tell us where you need to be

Send the route and dates. A consultant replies with fares, the fare rules and the options worth considering.
