About Private Jet: Nairobi to Zanzibar
A popular charter for families, honeymooners and executives heading to the coast. Light jets usually seat six to seven passengers, and the aircraft can wait or return to collect you on another day.
What is in a charter quote
- The aircraft, its operator and the seat and baggage limits
- Flying hours, including any empty positioning legs
- Landing, parking and airstrip fees we know about
- Crew overnight costs if the aircraft waits for your return
Fares
Airline fares and charter prices change daily with demand and seat availability. Every quote we send shows the fare, what it includes and the date it must be paid and ticketed by. A fare is only guaranteed once the ticket is issued.
Payment
- M-Pesa: we send the paybill or till details with your confirmed quote.
- Bank transfer: in Kenya shillings or US dollars.
- Card: Visa and Mastercard.
- Corporate accounts: monthly invoice on agreed terms.
We never ask for payment before you have the fare and its rules in writing.
Changes and refunds
What you can change, and what it costs, depends on the fare you choose. Flexible fares cost more up front and less when plans change. Before you pay we explain the change fee, refund rules and baggage allowance of each option, so you can choose with your eyes open.
Charters
Charters are confirmed with a written quote and the operator's terms, including the cancellation charges that apply as the flight date gets closer.
